Some crazy ideas certainly lead to some brilliant tasting dishes for sure! The last posting of mine on Deep Flavored Pepper-Ginger Jack Cheese is the main ingredient for this Paratha. Son & his fiance loved it. 🙂
Ingredients:
For the paratha:
- Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- salt – 1 tsp
- water – enough to make a stiff dough
For the filling:
Deep Flavored Pepper-Ginger Jack Cheese
Method:
- Take a lemon sized dough and flatten it just enough to place a spoonful of the cheese stuffing.
- Fold it into a ball and roll it flat as shown below.
- Place the rolled paratha on a hot griddle and brush lightly with oil or clarified butter (your choice). Cook both sides.
